SMS Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your receipt of text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by or on behalf of Dasceq Inc. through our messaging platform. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Dasceq and our clients regarding account notifications, payment reminders, payment plan offers, account updates, and related matters.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions in Section 4 below.
2. Types of Messages
You may receive account notifications, payment reminders, payment confirmations, account updates, appointment reminders, and two-way conversation messages.
Messages may include links to secure payment portals or account information pages. We will never ask for your full social security number, bank account passwords, or credit card security codes via text message.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account status, payment history, and the outreach strategy employed. We comply with industry best practices and TCPA guidelines regarding reasonable message frequency.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us.
After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from our platform, but you may continue to receive communications through other channels unless you separately opt out.
5. Cost and Charges
Dasceq does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan. You are solely responsible for any fees imposed by your wireless provider.
6. TCPA Compliance
All SMS communications sent through the Dasceq platform comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and applicable state and federal laws. We obtain consent before sending messages, honor opt-out requests promptly, and maintain records for compliance purposes.
7. Supported Carriers
Our services are supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and most other carriers. Message delivery times may vary based on carrier and network conditions.
