This Privacy Policy describes how Dasceq Inc. (“Dasceq”, “us” or “we”) collects, uses and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to the information.

Services

We offer DART (Dasceq AI Rhythm Technology) platform to our clients to optimize collection efforts with data-driven insights to improve collections. All such platforms and our websites are collectively called “Services”.

For the purposes of this Policy, the term, “Websites”, shall refer collectively to sites hosted at dasceq.com  as well as dasceq.net that we operate and link to this Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies when you use any of our Services.

It is Dasceq’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect and process through our Services.

 

Data Controller and Data Processor

We process two main types of personal information.

  1. Client Data – Personal information that forms part of data that is provided by our clients and their customers as well as our service partners for processing.

 

  1. Other Data – Personal information about our clients, Website visitors and other individuals that is collected and processed directly by us.

Our clients are the controller of ‘Client Data’. Dasceq is the processor of ‘Client Data’ and the controller of ‘Other Data’.

We use this information to tracking Website visitors and their behavior. The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, namely to improve Website experience.

Recipients of personal information

We may share ‘client data’ and ‘other data’ that we collect with the following categories of third parties:

  • Third-party vendors and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us, which may include data center services, third-party lead generation platforms and Google Analytics service.

 

  • Group companies, that is, companies owned or controlled by Dasceq or companies owned by or under common ownership as Dasceq, which also includes our subsidiaries (i.e., any organization we own or control) or our ultimate holding company (i.e., any organization that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries it owns. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Privacy Policy.
  • Disclosure for Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, Dasceq may be required to disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
