Randy has over 20 years of servant leadership in senior sales, management, and at the executive level in finance and fintech with a proven track record of creating mutually beneficial partnerships, leading sales teams, reducing company costs, developing a holistic knowledge of business operations from top to bottom, and creating and leading development for innovative SaaS products.
Randy is driven by a strategic and focused approach with extensive experience in recruiting, training, coaching, cultivating, and developing client relationships, sales, and marketing teams, software development teams, and developing effective, comprehensive growth strategies and has a history of liaising effectively with stakeholders at all levels; while also possessing excellent written, verbal communication, and public speaking skills.
Randy designed and developed the first SaaS (web-based) marketplace for auto loan portfolios. With no investors, co-founders, or advisory board, he spearheaded the entire venture himself and guided it through successful acquisition to defi SOLUTIONS, an Inc. 500 company, less than two years after founding. Randy brings expertise and passion for people, innovation, improvement and process efficiency while continually fostering innovative ideas, and he see’s endless possibilities for the future.
